Metallic Skins: You can alter the appearance of the
athletes by entering the following city names in the name
entry screen. Start a game in Trial mode, then at the name
entry screen enter in one of these city names instead of entering
in your name. The result will be a metallic skin on your athlete,
the colour of the metal is up to you, choose you favourite
colour and enter the corresponding city name.
