Extra Levels:
Beginner: Complete all levels in World 1 without continuing.
Advanced: Complete all levels in Worlds 2-4 without continuing.
Expert: Complete all levels in Worlds 5-10 without continuing.
Master: Complete all levels without continuing.

Master Difficulty:
Complete all of the levels in Worlds 5-10, and the extra expert levels. This will unlock the Master Difficulty.
