Fast level gain

Go through the first level. Get all the items. [Don’t use them]. At the end of the board go to the second and do the same thing.

Then sell all your items, and buy player growth. Then go to the rest of the boards but put your player growth on when your power is up.

Then press z then go up to your enemies and it should attack multiple enemies. At the third board you should be on level 9.

At the beginning of the game just use z when power is building even if it is not full to attack multiple enemies.

To kill the rock monster with it you need player growth.

Stats 999

Go to the mountain valley and go though it 3 times and get all the items in the level and then go to sumner click on shop and sell every item you have including magic, then buy either these elements, speed, magic, strength, amour and then repeat the sequence then once everything is at 995 gain one level and your stats should all be 999

Rapid-Fire Trick

Go to any level in the mountains. Find a generator with lots of guys near it.

This is also a fast level gain. Start destroying the grunts near the generator. Then, while fring, quickly turn around.

If done correctly, you should be walking slowly but fring super fast. This is good for taking out multiple enemies!

Kill the Dragon with one hit.

To do this, get your players level to 75 or better and get Sumner as your player.

Now go to the dragon boss on the mountain level, then get your magic level to yellow(turbo attack)then go up to the dragon and use the level 2 attack(it should be the rock shower)and the dragon will die with the attack.

More Power-ups

This cheat will get you a lot more power-ups faster. First, you got to go to any level you want.

Then, collect all the items you see and do not use them. After you beat the board that you selected, go to the shop.

When you are there, sell all of the items you collected. After that, buy all the power-ups such as magic, strength, amour, and speed.

Play as skorne

Simply beat the game with sumner using no weapons.

Secret item

This item helps you destroy more enemies faster. The item is like the thunder hammer, only it’s the comet hammer. When you slam it on the ground a comet shower falls on all the enemies near you. To get it defeat skorn as valkrie without using any weapons at all.

Play as phoenix keeper, He rides on a phoix so he is invincible. He has an unlimited phoenix and super shot. To access defeat skorne as skorne.

Infinite Time Stop

First get time stop, then go to the mountain world.

Fight the dragon. But before u die on the dragon use timestop when u go back there all enemies will be frozen.

(Only works on mountain level) they will be frozen till u use time stop again.

How to get the tigress

To get the 50 tigress coins you must first be able to go to the third level (the poisen town level) then in the first level in the town level get through the entire level up to were you go up the first big hill with 3 locked key doors then clear out the area below it and find a hill that looks kind of like a wall then go up if its the right hill there will be a hangmans noose and a death below it avoid the death get the switch after breaking the berils and opening the chest then go up another hill like the one with 3 doors the tigress is there

Play as the boss in castle chimera

To play as the boss in castle chimera you have to defeat him twice, and when you do, hold start on any level and abort, the go back to the castle chimera and after that, defeat him.

When you do go back to that same level you went to before the boss and press up-C, left-C, and hold A.

Special Shield

Against smaller enemies you can old Z and run into small sized enemies, this will usually kill them. Don't use this trick against anything too large or powerful though.

Play as nude Valkyre

Enter "NUD" as a name and "069" as a password.

Play as Pojo the Chicken

Enter "EGG" and "911" as a password.

Bonus characters

First, reach level 10 with your character. Then at the selection screen, hold Turbo and choose the same character.

Play as Falconess

To play as Falconess WITHOUT CODES, collect 50 coins in the Castle Treasury bonus round before time runs out. The portal to the bonus round is accessed by standing in front of the star-studded door that is near the end of the Castle Treasury level. Initially hidden from view, the door whisks players into the future - to a bonus round on a space station.

Alternately, to play as Falconess WITH CODES, raise Valkyre to level 10. Then, at the character selection screen, hold Turbo and choose the same character. Valkyre will turn into Falconess!

Play as Jackal

To play as Jackal WITHOUT CODES, collect 50 coins in the Ice Camp bonus round before time runs out. The portal to the bonus round is accessed by standing in front of a star-studded door that is near the end of the Ice Camp level. (In the cargo maze near the end of the level, head to the upper-right portion of the maze and walk up the ramp. Shoot the boxes to reveal a door with a star on it. The star-studded door will transport players to a bonus level on the docks.)

Alternately, to play as Jackal WITH CODES, raise Wizard to level 10. Then, at the character selection screen, hold Turbo and choose the same character. Wizard will turn into Jackal!

Play as Minotaur

To play as the Minotaur WITHOUT CODES, collect 50 coins in the Mountain Cliff bonus round before time runs out. The portal to the bonus round is accessed by standing in front of the door (with skull and crossbones) that is near the end of the Mountain Cliff level. The door is near a ramp on the edge of a cliff and will transport players to a classic Gauntlet bonus round.

Play as a Dragon

To play as a dragon, raise Warrior's level to 10. Then press RIGHT, up-C, down-C, Z-trigger, LEFT, left-C, A, Start. (A bell confirms correct entry.) Warrior explodes into tiny fragments that are then are fused into body of a dragon.
