- DUNNY: Open the last book
on the middle shelf, then copy down pattern 158. Enter the
pattern in the fireplace and push the red button. The green
book is Dunny. (Listen to Atrus carefully)
- CHANNELWOOD: Go to the cabin
and open the safe using combo 724. Take out a match and
light it on the package and then light the stove. Turn the
gas on all the way. Wait until the loud clicking stops.
Then turn the gas all the way off and quickly rush to he
tree behind the cabin. Get in the elevator as soon as it
reaches you.
- MECHANICAL: Go to the beach
by the clock and set the clock to 2:40 by turning the big
wheel 8 times and the little wheel twice (The wheels and
the hands on the clock correspond). Push the red button.
A bridge of gears will then appear. Go inside the clock
and set the numbers to 221. Now, go to the huge gears by
the dock. One should be half-open. Take a look inside.
- STONESHIP: Change the leaf,
the snake, and the bug to green in the yard in front of
the library. Leave the rest red. The boat at the dock will
surface. Climb aboard and go down inside.
- SELENITIC: Go to the generator
room and push buttons 2, 4, 5, 8, and 10. (There will be
a diagram on the wall) Go to the spaceship and get in. Set
the first slider up 8 notches, the second up 20 notches,
the third up 23 notches, the fourth up 13 notches and the
fifth slider up 6 notches. Push the button.
Here is a way
to beat the whole game in a few steps.
- 1. Flip all the marker switches
to the "on" position. (There are 8 of them)
- 2. Go to the dock and switch
that maker to the "off" position.
- 3. The marker vault should
open and you should find the "white page."
- 4. Go to the library and
open the book that contains the fireplace codes. Write
down page number 158 on a piece of paper.
- 5. Enter the fireplace and
push that code in on the metal part in the bottom of the
screen.
- 6. You will be spun around.
Next you will see a green book and two pages... DO NOT
TOUCH THE PAGES!!!
- 7. Click on the book and
listen to the message it plays.... click on it again after
the first message is over and he will ask you if you have
the white page. He will then transport you to Dunny.
- 8. Once you are In Dunny,
turn to your right and you will see a man. He will ask
for the page and you will give it to him.
- 9. The man will then go
back to the library for a little bit and kill his sons.
- 10. You can now return to
the Myst Island by clicking on the link book. Explore
as much as you please.
