Money Cheat:
Press CTRL, ALT, and C at the same time to bring up the console. Now type "rosebud" and press enter, and your money should go up.

Magicoin Trick:
To get a lot of Magicoins, you can evict a family and then move that family back in again. The Mystery Man (the guy in the pink jacket) will come to the house and drop off the Magico starter kit, which includes 35 Magicoins, every time you do this. You can save and repeat this trick as many times as you want to get more Magicoins.
