Teleporting Lara:

When you come to a breakable slab, walkup as far as you can without setting it off. Take one step onto it, then step back. This must be done quickly. This works well where it is a long way down to the ground.

All weapons and all ammo:
Go to your inventory and press
L1, T, R2, L2, L2, R2, O, and either L1 or L2.
