This will give ten napalms, plus they will be homing. fire a napalm (you must have two or more or it won't work), and hold down the button (default is L2) press up, down, down, left, left, left, right, right. After this, all your napalms will be homing, if you fire one from your weapon bank, or use the advanced attack. you do not need to redo this code every time you start a new game. It stays in the memory until you reset the PSX. In fact, it won't do anything if you try to enter it again.

In Paris you can shoot down the tallest structure and find your way to weapons.
